Applicants must be full-time students attending a college or university in Minnesota and must be U.S. citizens.
Being a “student” during the summer in this context means “in school during Spring 2026 and also planning to be in school during Fall 2026” at the same school, transferring to a new school, or else a graduating student continuing directly (not necessarily in Minnesota) into graduate school.
